Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate ticket records
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system issues
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of help desk or IT support experience
