Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve user problems related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
- Manage IT service desk tickets using ServiceNow/Jira with SLA compliance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document all procedures, solutions, and asset configurations in knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct new employee onboarding for IT equipment and accounts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on help desk or technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
