Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for internal employees
- Document support tickets in IT service management systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians with detailed notes
- Assist with software installations and configuration updates
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
