Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, network connectivity, and peripheral devices
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct basic system maintenance and security updates
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences with patience and clarity
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
