Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage and track incoming support tickets using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Install and configure new software and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
