Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Windows/macOS, mobile devices, and network connectivity
- Document support tickets and solutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues
- Conduct device setups and basic maintenance for new team members

- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and peripherals
