Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and account troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM recommended).
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach, CA location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
