Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with callers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes.
- Upsell products or services where applicable based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if remote.
- Valid government-issued ID.
