Responsibilities

- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Information Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Adaptability: Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we provide full training!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Los Angeles, CA location (or support PA operations remotely if applicable).
