Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using standard scripts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to log interactions, update account statuses, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain strict adherence to call quality assurance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to resolve escalated issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services, and billing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
