Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend peak hours
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Uphold cleanliness and operational standards across all areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown activities
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary

Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexible availability during weekend holidays and special events
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork excellence
