Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for diverse client portfolio
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Adapt to new products and processes through training

Qualifications
