Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with 25+ WPM typing
