Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via real-time chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product support
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems while adhering to SLAs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend solutions
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat support highly valued)
- Exceptional written communication with professional tone
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with multitasking across 3-5 chat sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available to work evenings/weekends (rotating schedule)
- Type 45+ WPM with accurate spelling/grammar
