Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time support via chat for 50+ customers daily across multiple industries
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product usage questions
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issue escalation
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score and <2 min response time
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skills workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat or social media
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
