Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Chat Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and empathy.

- Maintain High Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure every interaction is positive and resolves the customer's specific needs.
- Document Interactions: Log detailed notes into the CRM system to track customer history and ensure continuity of service.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with technical and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent Typing Skills: Minimum 45 WPM required.
- Strong English Proficiency: Exceptional grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or technical help desk is highly desirable.
- Reliable Internet: High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (for hybrid/remote options).
