Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-conversion shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in organizing inventory and ensuring product availability during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing workspaces.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
