Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call quality and resolution time
- Document interactions accurately in customer profiles
- Collaborate with team members for complex issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5PM-1PM)
- Proficient with Windows OS and basic software
- Type 35+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Pass background/drug screening
