Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 30+ WPM and navigate computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours).
