Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Update customer records and account information in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs and call metrics.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote hybrid).
