Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while handling difficult or angry customers.
- Collaborate with the support team to meet daily performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer applications efficiently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
