- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience (entry-level applicants with strong communication skills welcomed).
- Excellent typing speed and grammar skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
