Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend associates, providing real-time coaching and performance feedback
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze weekend operational metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries during weekend shifts
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse/operations management or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) plus occasional holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
