Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive care during overnight shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Collaborate seamlessly with night shift medical teams
- Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Complete thorough shift handovers using electronic health records
Qualifications
- Current CNA or medical assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
