Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily activities and ensure seamless execution of weekend schedules and events.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier service to guests and clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and support a small team of staff members during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage supply orders, and ensure all operational materials are available.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed shift reports to management highlighting key performance metrics and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Immediate Availability: Must be available to start within 24-48 hours of offer acceptance.
- Weekend Availability: Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, logistics, or operations management is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
