Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations with 8-15 team members across high-volume retail locations
- Implement inventory management protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Train and mentor new staff on customer service excellence and operational standards
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain brand reputation
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare detailed performance reports
- Coordinate with logistics teams for stock replenishment and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid New York State driver's license (for potential location transfers)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English with bilingual Spanish preferred
