Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure store standards are met
- Manage and mentor weekend retail associates during shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling protocols
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Submit shift reports and maintain store documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
