Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to comprehend safety instructions and production logs.
