- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead ideation sessions using design thinking methodologies to generate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape research to identify strategic advantages
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven business cases
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization with measurable KPIs
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
