Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities in global markets
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Champion design thinking and agile methodologies across the organization
- Present innovation portfolios to the board and secure executive buy-in
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, decentralized systems, AR/VR)
