Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Conduct basic security awareness training for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required. We are looking for self-starters willing to learn.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for training sessions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
