Responsibilities
- Assist users with hardware setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to incoming support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine computer maintenance, including updates and virus scans.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff in clear, simple language.
- Monitor IT inventory and report supply needs to the IT Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and server room.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville office.
