Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage and track IT service requests through the ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, processes, and incident logs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
