Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 product lines, focusing on Neural Interface Integration and Quantum Computing applications.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between AI researchers, software engineers, and product designers to deliver breakthrough innovations.
- Ensure ethical standards and safety protocols are integrated into all 2026 system architectures.
- Identify emerging market trends and emerging technologies to maintain Chronos Innovations' competitive edge.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Robotics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Edge Computing technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with futuristic technologies, including holographic UIs or advanced predictive analytics.
