Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of advanced Generative AI models, optimizing them for the specific needs of 2026.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the AI team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments with high availability and scalability.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
