Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI/ML systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for complex AI models, from research prototyping to deployment.
- Define technical vision and roadmaps for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
