Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance artificial intelligence architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead Research & Development: Guide the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Symbolic AI, and quantum computing applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for algorithmic bias, transparency, and fairness to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap for the company’s evolution into 2026 and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance engineering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into broader business ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning models.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve business challenges (e.g., integrating quantum algorithms into classical ML pipelines).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
