Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and quantum computing infrastructure aligned with 2026 roadmaps.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel machine learning algorithms for complex problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across all cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
