We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to lead our engineering division and define the technical roadmap for the next generation of intelligent systems.

Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Horizon ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, high-throughput quantum processing units.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Quantum Computing or Neuromorphic AI.
- Problem Solving: Ability to design systems that are resilient to extreme latency and high-load scenarios.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
