Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and microservices for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Strategy: Lead the strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models with existing enterprise data lakes and cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model latency and throughput.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 timeline.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying LLM applications and RAG pipelines.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
