Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 computing landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum-Ready Algorithms.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level product requirements into detailed technical specifications and milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model latency and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Advanced Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
