Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and pivot strategies based on market trends.
