Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable AI systems, specifically tailored for the high-performance requirements of the 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research into advanced deep learning architectures, including transformer models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure models are efficient, scalable, and cost-effective in cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment of models into production, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and failover mechanisms are in place.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in a production environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define technical roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams through complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
