Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructures for autonomous agents and multi-modal models.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize large language models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across product lines.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies for all AI deployments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Specialization: Proven track record with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
