Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, robust architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents expected to dominate in 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize Reasoning Loops: Improve inference speed and reduce hallucinations in autonomous decision-making agents.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical academic research and production-ready code, implementing bleeding-edge techniques like Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guardrails and safety protocols for autonomous systems to ensure responsible deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a portfolio of published research or production models.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, specifically with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput inference workloads.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive novel solutions for complex challenges.
