Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect for 2026 to spearhead the development of next-generation generative AI systems. Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable machine learning infrastructure and generative AI models tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability of AI products.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training data for model refinement.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and hardware accelerators.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable.
