- Roadmap Execution: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI features, ensuring milestones are met for the 2026 launch targets.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
