Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our upcoming AI platforms, ensuring they are future-proof and scalable.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate relevant advancements into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously push the boundaries of latency and throughput for our core inference engines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proven track record deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and align technology with business goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a plus.
