Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures and algorithms that meet enterprise-grade performance standards.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and deployment strategies to ensure low-latency, high-availability inference.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for product managers and stakeholders.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias-reduction protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and derive insights from complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
