Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in research, design, and deployment of AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for our AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to integrate AI capabilities into core systems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with global regulations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Generative AI, Quantum AI, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
